1. What first drew you to try a DYNA firewood processor?

Dyna was the only company with a processor for rent in my area. The dealer locator online is very handy.

2. What firewood processing challenges were you dealing with before, and what improvements have you seen since using a DYNA processor?

Time is my biggest challenge. With a Dyna Firewood Processor. You can make a lot of firewood very fast
in a short amount of time.

3. After using Dyna’s processors, what stood out most about the machine’s performance?

Dyna’s firewood processors are very easy to operate. Within 15 minutes you can be processing like you have been doing it forever.

4. What made you decide to go from renting the SC-15 firewood processor to buying your own DYNA processor?

Now owning my own SC-12XP firewood processor. I can process wood when I have time. I can go out and work a few hours and then go off and spend time with my family instead of cutting all day and then splitting all day. It is also much easier on your body.

5. What feedback have you heard from your audience or customers after using the machine?

The feedback that I’ve gotten from friends and others on YouTube is that this should definitely speed up the process of making firewood.

6. How has your experience been so far with Dyna?

Dyna show’s awesome customer support. They have great employees that are very friendly and easy to talk to. If they don’t answer the phone they will get right back to you. They offer top notch service and support. They are very fast at shipping parts to get you back up and running
