Two-speed splitting and a hi-lo hydraulic circuit deliver a full cycle in under four seconds.

The SC-16 Rapid Split uses a 56 HP Kohler KDI diesel engine, a 5-inch by 30-inch splitter cylinder and 102 gallons-per-minute hydraulic flow to handle demanding commercial firewood production.
Operators control the live deck, in-feed trough, rolling log clamp, harvester saw and hydraulic wedge from a centralized work station. The system is quick to learn, yet productive enough for established firewood businesses.
Improved hose routing, Hall-effect autocycle sensors, safety interlocks and easier engine access help reduce cleanup, pressure spikes and service time.
