David Daymon

With 25 years of experience in the wood reduction industry, I serve as a key executive leader at DYNA Products, overseeing the strategic growth of our dealer network, the performance of our worldwide sales organization, and the execution of long-range marketing and after-sales initiatives. My leadership spans the full lifecycle of dealer engagement—from recruitment and onboarding to operational support, brand development, and long-term partnership success.
I work closely with dealers, territory managers, internal sales teams, production leadership, and executive management to ensure clear alignment, streamlined workflows, and consistent execution across all divisions. Central to my role is developing and implementing the annual strategic vision for our sales, marketing, and aftersales teams, ensuring each department operates with clarity, accountability, and the tools needed to elevate dealer performance and customer satisfaction.
A major focus of my work is strengthening communication standards, refining our sales growth, and driving organizational excellence across every touchpoint. My ongoing mission—to make DYNA a world-class organization—guides the improvements I lead in professionalism, operational consistency, and dealer experience.
I also take an active role in crafting high-level company messaging, including sales announcements, product introductions, dealer communications, and internal leadership updates. Through DYNA Helping Hands, which I chair, I help drive our community outreach and philanthropic impact, further strengthening the values that define our organization.
I have been married to my amazing wife Elisha for 24 years, and together we have three wonderful daughters, Darby (24 Years), Paisley (21 Years), and Taylor (17 years). In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, traveling, and spending as much time as possible with my family
