Trevor Schultz

I currently serve as the Assembly Supervisor as well as the Scheduling and Logistics Coordinator at DYNA, where I focus on getting quality equipment out the door and to our customers in a safe and timely manner. I did not come into DYNA with prior experience in this industry, but the opportunity here allowed me to learn, grow, and develop into the leader I am today. A big part of my role is supporting my team and making sure they have the tools, resources, and direction they need to succeed. I take a lot of pride in building processes that support quality, efficiency, and accountability. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and our son. What I appreciate most about DYNA is the emphasis placed on investing in people through training and development.
