Vari-A-Cut Tenon Cutter Heads

Finally, an adjustable tenon cutter! There's no more need to buy complete new heads just to change tenon sizes...the Vari-A-Cut is capable of accepting a range of sizes. To change sizes, just install an inexpensive cartridge kit which includes 2 knives (blades) and 1 insert sleeve.

Model VC-04

Portable drill style accepts up to a 4.5" diameter post, with a tenon range of 3/4" to 2-1/2" diameter. Fits a 3/4" electric or air drill. Solid cast aluminum construction.

Model VC-06

Machine-style cutter head accepts posts up to 6" diameter, with a tenon range of 1-1/4" to 3" diameter. Turns on a standard 1-5/7- 7 threaded shaft. Solid cast iron construction.
