Vari-A-Cut Adjustable Tenon Cutter Heads

Finally, an adjustable tenon cutter! There's no more need to buy complete new heads just to change to a different size. The Vari-A-Cut tenon cutters are capable of accepting a range of tenon size. To change size, simply install an inexpensive cartidge kit which includes 2 knives and 1 insert sleeve.

Model VC-06

Machine-style head accepts posts up to 6" in diameter, with a tenon range of 1.25" to 3" diameter. Turns on a standard 1 5/8-7 threaded shaft. Solid cat iron construction.

Model VC-04

Portable drill style accepts up to a 4.5" diameter post, with a tenon range of .75" to 2.5" diameter. fits a 3/4" portable drill. Solid cast aluminum construction.
