To ensure cuts in your roof panels are as smooth and accurate as possible, Dyna-Cut shears come in separate models for straight and angle cuts. The Straight Shear makes 90° cuts; the 3-In-1 Angle Shear does 3/12, 4/12, and 5/12 pitches.
How It works
Not only are the Dyna-Cut's blades precision-cut to match roof panel profiles, its adjustment features will keep it cutting optimally.
The
large nut (A) holds the tension in the top blade while the set screws
on the side (B) slide the top bar back and forth to align the top profile
with the bottom...
This
adjustment, located on the opposite side from the tensioner and set screws,
changes the degree of overlap, or scissor, of the top bar to increase
cutting effeciency...
...and there's also a simple, handy clamp for secruing your metal, so
your cuts are square and accurate.
